Hey everyone,

This is the last edition of Building AI Agents.

After 160 editions, thousands of readers, and more hours than I can count writing about agents, frameworks, launches, and the weird frontier of AI automation, we are winding down the newsletter.

The short version: our AI automation agency has been steadily getting busier. The demand from clients has gotten to a point where I can't maintain the quality of this newsletter and still deliver for the people paying us to build. Rather than let the newsletter slide into something I'm not proud of, I'd rather end it on a high note.

This was never supposed to get this big. It started as a side project in September 2024 and turned into something real. We built a community. We covered stories before they were mainstream. We shipped 160 editions without missing a week. I'm very proud of that.

I know this is disappointing. I've gotten to know a lot of you through replies, DMs, and calls. Builders, agency owners, executives figuring out where AI fits. Those connections were the best part of this.

Two things I want to be clear about:

We will not sell this newsletter or your data. A lot of you are executives, business owners and operators who trusted us with your inbox. That trust doesn't end because the newsletter does.

But this isn't necessarily the last you'll hear from us. We may occasionally send something genuinely useful around AI automation. No spam. If we email you, it'll be worth opening.
